In Africa, we are made to believe that there’s nothing like flood in Europe, Asia and other continents.
Well, a video of Dubai being flooded to the brim has gotten most Africans with this perception have a rethink.
It is said that it rained for two continuous days and almost all the streets in Dubai have been flooded to the brim.
However, citizens were in their cars, motorcycles and busses going on their daily activities.
A delivery man was seen at work almost half covered by the flood. This possibly could be something that will not be found in Africa.
